# Board Quality

> Quality scatters with dual sources:
- conclusion_reported: self-reported from card.conclusions (implementer)
- validation_reported: reviewer-reported from card.validations (validator)

When the task validation gate is active, validation_reported is the
authoritative source. Both are returned so the UI can show the delta.
